2000 Brut Seduction Of a bright golden color, the bubbles of the wine are tiny and light, shaping a nice head band at the wine’s surface. A creamy toastiness with roasted hazelnuts and almonds aroma rise at first nose, then the Pinot noir grapes enhance the wild strawberry scent. A very nice balance in the acidity and the structure of this very fine and aged wine, bring hint of toffee and caramel. |
